  1. What are BCAA’s and when should I use them?
    Branch Chain Amino Acids or BCAAs can be found in all protein sources, and are made up of three essential amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. Essential amino acids are required by the body to stimulate protein synthesis. However, they cannot be created by the body. To increase the rate of protein absorbed we have created 100% natural BCAA supplement product. All our BCAA supplements contain a particularly high 4:1:1 ratio of Leucine. This particular amino acid is most required for repair and encourage muscle growth.
